Of course, things can change and your meeting or event may not go ahead. That’s why our cancellation policy is clear and flexible, and also applies to changes in group size.
If the updated number no longer fits the selected room capacity, this may result in a higher price per person.

| T/m 24 persons | Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, the full costs will be charged. |
| From 25 to 180 persons | Within 7 calendar days and up to 24 hours in advance, 25% of the booked room rental, arrangements, and F&B can be cancelled free of charge. The remaining 75% will be charged. |
| Within 14 calendar days, 50% of the booked room rental, arrangements, and F&B can be cancelled free of charge. The remaining 50% will be charged. | |
| Within 21 calendar days, 75% of the booked room rental, arrangements, and F&B can be cancelled free of charge. The remaining 25% will be charged. | |
| Within 28 calendar days, 100% of the booked room rental, arrangements, and F&B can be cancelled free of charge. |

When you log in with your personal details login, you can easily change or cancel your reservation(s). You will then receive a confirmation from us and, if applicable, an invoice for the remaining amount (in case of a late cancellation).
