How do we help each other improve with a 'Wonder Match'?

What exactly is a “Wonder Match”?

A Wonder Match is a collaboration in which we look at how your event adds value to the community and how we can enrich each other. Think of promotion through our channels or access to additional facilities. The goal: to strengthen each other without always involving money directly.

As a network partner, can I organize a workshop or event at Wonders of Work (partly) free of charge?

Yes, that is possible! If you do not charge participants, we can make our space available free of charge. We are happy to offer our space for valuable, non-commercial initiatives that enrich our network.

Additional options such as catering will (usually) be charged. Please discuss what applies to you!

How is it determined whether my event is considered commercial or social?

We will decide that together, in agreement. We consider an event for which you charge participants or with which you aim to generate profit to be commercial. Is your primary goal to share knowledge, create connections, or give back to the community, and is participation free of charge? In that case, we consider it a social initiative.

Can you help me promote my event?

Sure! When we enter into a collaboration, we like to think about visibility. At Wonder Matches, for instance, we can include your event in our newsletter, on our socials and in the community calendar. Together, we ensure a nice reach. However, you are expected to ensure (enough) participants yourself.

Would you participate in organizing my “Wonder Match” event?

No, we don't help organize events, but we support you by providing the space. And of course, we have a large network to enrich your event! The monthly Monday Meetup is the moment to promote your event!
