My Experience with WOW:
I’m grateful for my connection with WOW, especially through our previous collaboration on the 8-Week Office Retreat at Seats2meet Utrecht CS. That project not only helped me build meaningful professional connections, but also gave me the joy of seeing how breathwork, meditation, and CBT can support well-being in the workplace.
For me, WOW is more than just a platform — it’s a community of people who genuinely care about creating healthier, more human-centered work cultures. I’m excited to continue contributing through this new project and future collaborations that support well-being, mental health, and professional growth.
My WOW Factor:
I bring together the science of CBT and Psychology with the practice of Yoga and Mind-Body Awareness to help people transform everyday stress into strength. My work bridges East and West, head and heart — offering practical tools to build emotional resilience in both life and work.
