She supports purpose-driven people and young professionals in building self-awareness and resilience, so they can step into their potential, pursue meaningful careers, and enjoy life more along the way.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<p><b>About the talk<\/b><\/p>\r\n<div>Many of us want to do good in the world and live happier, more fulfilling lives, yet somehow keep getting in our own way. While external challenges and societal systems matter, one of the biggest blockers lives inside our own heads: those familiar inner voices that criticise, doubt, and encourage us to play it safe.
