Morning Meditation – Begin je dag fris en vol energie!
Start your day calmly and consciously with our Morning Meditation. In a calm, relaxed setting, we take time together to become still, breathe deeply and be fully present. You don't have to do anything, perform anything,just be, here and now. Allow your body and mind these moments of rest before the day really starts.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you already have experience with meditation or are just curious: slide in whenever it suits you. Together we will create an atmosphere of silence, connection and new energy that you will take with you for the rest of the day.
De sessie wordt gegeven door Eelco van Integral Welfare. Integraal Welzijn richt zich op het ondersteunen van mensen op zowel mentaal, emotioneel als lichamelijk vlak. Ze bieden trainingen, workshops en begeleiding om balans, rust en veerkracht te versterken. Met hun aanpak helpen ze deelnemers bewuster te leven, stress te verminderen en energieker de dag door te gaan
