To most people, I am known by the name Rosi or Rosa Gerritsen. However, since moving to the Netherlands in 1994, I have also been given several other variations on this name. As a life coach, I support you from my knowledge and broad life experience. I am an experience expert in various fields, with a background in reintegration, HR and entrepreneurship. In my approach, your intention is central. For me, feeling is an important signpost in life, underpinned by theoretical knowledge and scientific insights.
At birth, I was given the name ROSA ELISABETH. I got my middle name from my father, who also saw in me, his eldest daughter, a little Empress (Sissi 😉 ). As the years passed, I began to identify more and more with my christened name ROSA ELISABETH, a sign of the intangible wealth from my family.
From my roots, I was shaped by a long tradition of free-thinking gentleman farmers. The free spirit within the family gave me the space to break away from traditional expectations and choose my own path. So it was that at 14, I set my sights on a position in a chemical engineering development laboratory.
Every dream comes to an end. For me, for instance, at 36 years old, the time was ripe to set a new work goal. Through the world of reintegration and HR, I eventually ended up with my first own company in 2013: PEOPLE Power Capital.
