I discovered this in 2020 while looking for answers for his persistent allergic reactions, asthma and anxiety. After reading Breath by James Nestor, I was introduced to the world of breathing exercises and their profound effects on both the body and mind. Meditation had been part of his daily routine for years, but the power of the breath was an entirely new discovery for me. I became fascinated by different breathing techniques, as well as cold and heat exposures.
In 2023, I became a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and in 2024-2025, I trained as a breath coach with Kasper van der Meulen. Through breathwork and contrast therapy, my allergic reactions and anxiety attacks eventually disappeared, and my asthma symptoms decreased significantly.
My mission is to show you that you have more control over your own body and mind than you might think. I now work closely with companies to improve the health and well-being of their employees.
