Morning Meditation - Start your day fresh and full of energy
Start your day calmly and consciously with our Morning Meditation. In a calm, relaxed setting, we take time together to become still, breathe deeply and be fully present. You don't have to do anything, perform anything,just be, here and now. Allow your body and mind these moments of rest before the day really starts.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you already have experience with meditation or are just curious: slide in whenever it suits you. Together we will create an atmosphere of silence, connection and new energy that you will take with you for the rest of the day.
The sessions will be delivered by Eelco van Integral Welfare. Integral Wellbeing focuses on supporting people mentally, emotionally and physically. They offer trainings, workshops and counselling to strengthen balance, peace and resilience. With their approach, they help participants live more consciously, reduce stress and go about their day more energetically.
