And yes, that makes me get it twice a week (... the button on my jeans is less happy about that).

3. My book ‘Spotting light‘ I also share my own story. About how I found happiness just when everything went dark. For 12 years, I fought my body (Pfeiffer and Lyme). But the toughest battle took place in my head. In this book, I share what helped me, give expert insights and practical tips. No floaty talk. No dusty theory. Just small steps that help when happiness feels anything but natural.
