At Wonders of Work I recently organised a low-key photo shoot for professionals looking for a strong, honest portrait, with no fuss. No forced smiles, no stiff poses, just you, as you are. Relaxed, real and in the moment.
The setting was simple but just right: beautiful natural light, a quiet space and, above all, no rush. Within twenty minutes, we often had several photos that hit the mark. No endless photo sessions, just a fresh new profile photo in between. Very practical and effective.
What stuck with me the most? How often I heard: “This was so relaxing. I finally see myself back in a photo.” And that is exactly what I do it for. A portrait in which you recognise yourself, without noise.
We will shoot another series in September, and I am already looking forward to it.
