Born in France, my journey took me across continents: from Australia to the Netherlands, working with diverse cultures. For more than 15 years I forged a solid experience in enabling professionals, growing businesses and developing organisations. My passion lies in helping professionals and organisations unlock their full potential through creative & hands-on approaches to complex challenges with the powerful LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
When I’m not facilitating workshops or coaching clients, you’ll find me enjoying outdoor activities, challenging friends to board games, or tending to my garden—activities that keep me connected to the same principles of focus, strategy, and growth that I teach my clients.
With an MSc in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in International Business, I bring a pragmatic yet creative approach to every engagement.
